SEND Expertise, Support Videos and Resources

* What if your child or student's ‘difficult’ moments are actually unmet needs, not misbehaviour?

* What if small changes could transform your whole day?

* Are you a mainstream teacher, early years practitioner, child minder or parent who wants clearer, calmer strategies?

Support is closer — and simpler — than you think.

About Us

Why we created Inclusive Provision

Hello! We’re Gemma and Melissa, and we’re so glad you’ve found us. With over 25 years of combined experience as Special Needs Teachers, we created Inclusive Provision to be a helping hand for you.

We know firsthand the challenges that parents and schools face when supporting children with additional needs. Whether you are navigating a new diagnosis, looking for practical strategies at home, or seeking specialist training for your staff, we are here to support you every step of the way.

We believe that every child deserves the best possible education and quality of life. Our mission is to share our expertise to help make that happen. Our training is built on a foundation of real-world classroom experience and the latest research. We specialize in effective communication and support methods like Makaton, PECS, and SCERTS, and we both hold senior leadership qualifications.

To ensure our guidance remains at the highest standard, Gemma is currently studying for her Educational Doctorate and Melissa is completing her Masters in Autism. By combining hands-on classroom experience with academic insight, we are proud to offer online support and training that you can rely on. We will continue to add new content every month.
